We had a great time at Hagley today! Thank you for sending your child in with a healthy lunch and drink! It was hot, but we certainly learned a lot about how life was back in the 1800's.

Alice in Wonderland was a blast! Today we started Mathilda, by Roald Dahl.
Scholastic News tossed us into hurricane technology with remote-controlled planes. Continuing to learn about the history of our country's western exploration, we began reading Pioneer Cat today in small groups. In addition, we're about to finish listening to Alice in Wonderland which I've been reading to the class after recess. Finally, five students a day started reporting about books they are reading.
